    Hi Lyn, Very sorry to hear that you received 1 mosaic broken, please email our customer service team at customerservice@candlesupply.com.au with a photo of the broken item and we will arrange for a replacement or credit
    We import thousands of these jars and inevitably there will be a small number broken ,either when being packed or during shipping, which is why we advise our customers to check their orders as soon as they arrive so it can be sorted out quickly
