    Candle jars

    I switched to Candle Supply after research into better value and supply from previous suppliers however I have find, for each and every order, the candles to be dirty and the seal on the lids to be ill-fitting. Unless there is a change to this, I will not be ordering them again. The attached picture shows jars from another supplier.

    The jar is of very good quality nice thick glass great from shipping the only issue I have is with the rubber seal on the lid doesn't close very well the rubber curls up otherwise happy with the product.

    Candela Metro jars

    A little disappointed with product as the lids didn’t close properly and would sit crooked and then the seal around the top would be all squashed and wreaked. Didn’t look very pleasing. Then I emailed and someone told me they would send me a tutorial on how to fix it and never received anything.

    Hi Freenyan, we are very sorry you had an issue with the seals on the Candela Metro's, we have been working with our supplier to improve these seals by improving the air holes on the seals in order to allow the air to escape from the jars better, without diminishing the seal, as such this problem has now been eliminated on the new stocks
    We also have some replacement seals if you have any jars that you would like to try the new seals
