Their were issues with the courier and CS had to resend my parcel due to the courier. I feel for CS as they should not have had to resend my parcel and I do hope they get paid for the damage the courier did. They lost all parcels - their fault. As said, Candle Supply resent my package when they were made aware that the courier had lost the parcel. I am grateful to Candle Supply for their honesty and for keeping me as informed as they possibly could.

It's that excellent customer service that will see me shopping with candle supply again.
