Hi Jane, Very sorry that you had trouble with the assembly of the diffuser gift box, I assume that is with the folding of the internal insert

Whilst it may seem complicated, we did try to provide for a) securing the diffuser bottle in transit b) providing for a secure place to keep the reeds and c) to provide a window for the reeds to be see at the back of the insert to show the colour to the customers with the box closed, hope this helps
