We have only recently been informed by our carrier DHL, that there are significant delays in air shipments arriving from Australia and lengthy backlogs with New Zealand Customs
ie: our shipment that was dispatched from Sydney on the 9th March was only just cleared by customs today the 29th March. We sincerely apologise for these delays, unfortunately they are very much out of our control
Our team is currently following up with the carrier to obtain tracking numbers and will send them out as soon as they are available
